During the summer, there will be the opportunity to visit Novartis pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, MA. This trip will be taken at the end of the course to show students the massive industry behind the simple tablets and capsules we are all familiar with. Additionally, we will visit the Children's hospital in Boston to see medicine use in teh clinical setting.
